📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with C-level executives to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs to enhance executive capabilities.
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs on strategic planning and organizational transformation.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and solutions.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, leadership development, or organizational transformation.
• Certification in strategic planning, leadership development, or organizational transformation (e.g., PMP, CPLP, or similar).
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and measurable results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
