• Optimize processes and implement best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
• Strong fluency in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
