This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a dynamic professional to support HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance for our growing portfolio. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and efficient HR experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and issues promptly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR objectives align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
