As a Global Investment & M&A Associate, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, preparing investment memos, and assisting in the negotiation and execution of mergers and acquisitions. You'll work closely with our portfolio managers and analysts to ensure that our investment strategies are aligned with our clients' objectives and market conditions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive research on public equities and strategic M&A opportunities, utilizing Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Refinitiv.
• Prepare and present investment memos and pitch books to support capital allocation decisions.
• Assist in the negotiation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to develop and implement investment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investment activities and transactions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate investment opportunities and strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in global investment and M&A.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in investment research, M&A, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Refinitiv.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification in investment analysis or M&A (e.g., CFA, CIM, or CIMA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
