📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct financial audits and reviews for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize client operations and performance.
• Provide expert advice on financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance compliance, auditing, or consulting, with a strong background in financial regulations and standards.
• Professional certification in finance, such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA, is a plus.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
