📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal results.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms.
• Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or brand activation.
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
