📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the delivery of premium hospitality services, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate the resort's concierge services, including event planning and special requests.
Supervise the spa and wellness center, ensuring top-notch treatments and facilities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and loyalty.
Monitor and optimize service operations using tools like CRM systems and guest feedback platforms.
Collaborate with the resort's management team to ensure seamless integration of luxury services.
Train and mentor staff to uphold the resort's luxury standards and service excellence.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, preferably in a resort setting.
Proven track record of managing high-end services and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Proficiency in using hospitality management software, such as CRM systems and reservation platforms.
Certification in luxury hospitality or related field is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
