📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems, applications, and network devices.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
• Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference and training.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT system administration, with a focus on infrastructure and network management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
