📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate institutional relations activities to support Pertamina Foundation's strategic objectives.
• Facilitate partnerships and collaborations that align with our mission and values.
• Represent Pertamina Foundation at regional and national events and conferences.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of institutional relations initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to enhance our institutional relations efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the institutional relations community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional relations, government relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies and NGOs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and nationally.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
