📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
