📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Design and deliver training materials, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's talent management strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is a plus
