📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Develop and implement a documentation strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure that they are clear, concise, and error-free.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing and documentation best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or Confluence.,Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
