📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Create user manuals, quick-start guides, and other instructional materials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base or help center.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
