Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the store meets sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
