📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content,Write and edit technical articles, manuals, and guides,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers in the team,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Familiarity with technical communication standards and best practices,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
