📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.,Create and manage brand guidelines, including logo, color palette, typography, and imagery.,Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.,Monitor and analyze brand performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand development.,Lead and mentor junior designers and other team members.,Ensure all brand-related projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand development or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful brand development projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design and branding skills.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong project management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
