📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality food products according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen waste and disposal.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international food trends and techniques.,Ability to work in a team and lead by example.,Valid food handling certificate.
