Star Max Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. As a Senior Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Train and mentor junior cashiers.
  • Monitor cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
