📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the region.,Oversee the performance of the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance and support as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or marketing management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
