USER Experience Researchers is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our teams into high-performing Agile entities, driving delivery excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.,Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to enhance their skills and capabilities.,Identify and remove impediments that hinder team performance and productivity.,Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other team members to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.,Measure and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other Agile coaches and leaders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.,Support and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition into the Agile way of working.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.,Certification in Agile coaching (e.g., Certified Scrum Trainer, ICAgile, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.,Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address team challenges and impediments.,Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other Agile coaches.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
