📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our market reach.,Train and mentor new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
