📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure all pastries meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.,Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are used efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry making.
