Base Store Berjaya is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or operations industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
