📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage logistics budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Provide logistics support during special projects or events.,Train and mentor junior staff in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or related roles.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
