ION Lestari is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Dili. This is an immediate opportunity for someone passionate about employee development and continuous learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, assessing employee performance, and fostering a culture of learning within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
