📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for necessary supplies.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily targets.,Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Collaborate with other departments to improve overall production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Proven leadership experience with a track record of successful team management.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
