PT Widya Bintang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead GA Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative and support functions run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general administration and a proven track record of managing a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative and support functions.,Manage and supervise a team of GA staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Handle office logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting rooms.,Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general administration or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing office operations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
