📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of field sales representatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the same industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Understanding of the local market and consumer behavior in Samarinda.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
