Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.Manage and mentor a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.Monitor stock levels and ensure that products are well-displayed and promoted effectively.Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Good knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising, and customer service.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to use computers and other office equipment proficiently.Ability to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
