Sun Home Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Palopo. This is a hybrid role, offering a unique blend of office and remote work. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the overall success of the company. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow and develop within the HR field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices.,Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
