As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure that HR processes align with the company's strategic goals. Leveraging tools like BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse, you will streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and ensure HR processes align with company goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Utilize HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
