As the Head of Area Operations, you will oversee daily operations in key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your mission is to ensure seamless execution of our retail strategies, optimize store performance, and drive customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to leverage data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to make informed decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of operations managers and supervisors.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to drive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and brand awareness.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading operations in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.
- Ability to travel frequently to oversee operations in various locations.
