📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
