📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.,Monitor cash handling and report any discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly reports.,Support the Teller in training and mentoring new staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Good problem-solving skills.,Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
