📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Oversee employee performance management and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR functions align with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and databases.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and projects.
