📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and support business objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
