📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
