📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting products and services.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities, including sales, expenses, and customer interactions.,Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth operation of the company.,Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
